 　　Going Bowling去打保龄球

　　Mike, Doug, and Maria were on their way to go bowling. There was a good bowling alley Mike had read about in Pasadena. It was called Lucky Strikes. Mike mentioned it to Maria and Doug. They both had no objections to the idea and agreed to go.

　　迈克，道格和玛丽亚正要去打保龄球。迈克曾在帕萨迪纳读书的时候，就知道过有一个很好的保龄球馆，名字叫做“幸运打击”。迈克问了下玛丽亚和道格，他们两人没有反对意见，都同意去。

　　Doug asked if the bowling alley also served food. "I"m not sure if they do, Doug," Mike answered. Doug was feeling kind of hungry. "I guess we"re just going to have to find out when we get there," Doug said. The bowling alley wasn"t too far away from home. Mike, Doug, and Maria arrived shortly. Since it was a weekday, not too many people were at the bowling alley. Mike could tell by the parking lot that this was true. It was vacant of any cars. "I think we came at a good time, guys," Mike said to Maria and Doug.

　　道格问，保龄球馆那边是否也提供食物。“我我也不太确定，道格。”迈克回答道。道格感觉有点饿了。“我想当我们到那里的时候要搞清楚。”道格说。保龄球馆离家不远，迈克，道格和玛丽亚很快就到了二。因为是工作日，保龄球馆里没有太多的人。通过停车场那边迈克就发现了，这里没有一辆车子。“伙伴们，我想我们来的时机正好！”迈克对玛丽亚和道格说。

　　They parked near the bowling alley and exited the car. The bowling alley seemed like it was not a big place judging from the outside. Doug noticed this and made a comment. "Are you sure this is bowling alley? It looks more like a small market to me," Doug said. "Wait until we get inside," Mike responded.

　　他们停在保龄球馆附近，然后下了车。从外面看，保龄球馆似乎并不是很大。道格注意到了这些，然后做出了评价。“确定这是保龄球馆吗？在我看来它看起来更像是一个小市场。”道格说。“等我们进去就知道了。”迈克回答。

　　They walked in through the doors. Doug and Maria were surprised at how much bigger the inside of the building was compared to the outside. Doug especially was in disbelief. "Wow! You were not kidding, Mike," he said, looking around. Maria told Mike that she had to use the restroom. Mike pointed her to the direction of the restroom and Maria went. Doug was still hungry. Mike told Doug of the vending machine that was around the corner. Doug went to the vending machine and bought some peanuts. As soon as everybody returned, they went up the counter to buy their rounds of bowling.

　　他们穿过大门，看到里面的场景远远比外面大的多，对此道格和玛丽亚都非常的惊讶。道格实在无法相信。“哇！你不是开玩笑吧，迈克。”他看了看四周说。玛丽亚告诉迈克，她要去趟洗手间。迈克指出洗手间的方向，玛丽亚去了。道格还是很饿，迈克告诉道格这周围角落里有自动售货机。道格去了那边，买了一些花生。每个人都回来了，他们走上柜台去买了几轮保龄球。
